Nursing Employment Finder

This design was done for the company Remwes LLC. Nursing Employment Finder is a site matching nurses with career opportunities worldwide.
oboeink
oboeink’s main focus is informative and driving lessons for prospective musicians. In taking the client’s design ideas to heart, we went for the subtle orange look with music notes in the background.
HemeOnc Jobs
HemeOnc Jobs is a job board for Hematology and Oncology doctors. This board allows doctors and hospitals to post job listings and also give them access to view resumes. It allows users to search for jobs using a single search bar. The concept offered to the client was a live search using Ajax to allow quick searching without having to page through a static list.
Illinois Web Works (IWW)
IWW was my local design & development company based in Springfield, IL. It was built with “Web 2.0” design concepts in mind, with a tag cloud on the home page showing a quick glimpse of what we offered. The site featured a large back end with a client, project, & task management system.
June To-Do (Site)
June To-Do was an easy-to-use, fully web-based product. The user could access files, contacts and notes from any internet connected computer. Taking a new approach to task management and contact management, this product filled the gap in communication when working with others to complete a project.
JuneLite (Site)

JuneLite was based off of June To-Do. This system also supported mobile usage from the new iPhone and iPod touch. It also supported Treo 650 to 700 and any Windows Mobile 5.0+ device.
JuneLite (User Interface)
The JuneLite user interface was very simple concise. It was not over-loaded with unnecessary features and pages. I wanted to keep it easy to use and understand–login, add lists and get out–that’s it! Built for agility and fast loading.
Hill Project
Built with the user in mind, this easy-to-use system allows a company or single person to keep track of projects and time. The system also allows for client login and approval of time and/or projects.
Librariphant
A professional blog about a librarian and her career. This site was designed using a blog service developed by me in 2005 – 2006. The design is a default design the blog will take as it is setup in the installation process, though it may be customized to meet the needs of the client.
Notaries Wanted (Logo)
Notaries Wanted is a company based in Louisville, KY, offering closing services for residential housing. They needed a logo for a one-page site with green and black print.
Click a Closer

Click a closer is a public notary listing service, offering a back-end to list your services, contact information and more! This project was a front-end design and a back-end tool to allow notaries to create an account and add their business details.
GoWinn
GoWinn.com, was a predecessor of Winn Consulting & Development, specializing in providing affordable online solutions for all businesses and organizations, regardless of the size and industry area. I focused on Web Design and Web Development, Ecommerce Solutions, Maintenance, Search Engine Optimization, and Promotional Services.
Riley Dental
This design is one of many made for Riley Dental, and is the design currently in use by the practice. The site is built in full CSS with a very small contact form that submits to a PHP class then sends out an email to the staff letting them know someone has contacted them. Also the form has built in SPAM protection developed by myself and my associate, Jim Mayes.
Delano Law
Here, the client wanted very dark colors and light fonts, and an “upper class” feel to the site. They have made additional changes to the site, but the live version varies only slightly from this prototype.
National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB)
This is a prototype for the NCBTMB After studying the traffic on the site with Google Analytics and Crazy Egg, I designed the following prototype. Before, the traffic was getting lost in the current design and looping all over. This design allows the customer to find what they are looking for quickly and then keep them coming back and driving new traffic.
NCBTMB (take two)
This is also a prototype for NCBTMB, different colors but still covering the same needs of the customers visiting the site. Keeping it very simple and “Web 2.0”, the client’s needs were also met.
